The verdict is out……Pantone’s 2019 color of the year is……Living Coral! I personally don’t own anything in this color, but I can tell you that’s going to change because it is beautiful.
Happy Friday and I’m excited to share this post with you all because I’ve been dreaming of Spring weather and all the cute clothes to wear.
I am always curious to see what the trending color is for each season and I think Living Coral is perfect for any season, but especially Spring and Summer. It’s a peachy-orange color that will go well with all neutral shades such as nudes, white and greys. It reminds me of that perfect sunset on the beach.
So in honor of the color of the year, I’ve put together a few outfits to show you how you can incorporate this beautiful color into your wardrobe this Spring.
This first outfit is fun and flirty. I would wear this on a Saturday lunch with the girls. This screams “Spring” here I am!
Pair your coral piece, which in this example is a cute flowy top, with a pair of comfy ripped jeans and some bold accessories like these tassel earrings and a stylish cuff bracelet….and don’t forget those trendy coral sunglasses.
I don’t know what your dress code is at your job, but I could get away with wearing this to the office. Casual and comfortable with just a pop of Coral makes this a great Spring outfit.
I can dress pretty casual at my job so I like to wear white jeans come springtime and the pop of color in this outfit is this cute coral tank. To make it a little more professional, I chose this open front cardigan. This brown color really brings out the color of the tank. Top of your outfit with delicate gold jewelry and just for fun add the leopard cross body bag.
If you feel like you’re stuck in a fashion rut, go shopping and pick up some pieces in this year’s color of the year, Living Coral! Sometimes we just play it safe and wear alot of neutrals, so change it up and be trendy!
I hope these two outfits will give you some inspiration to jazz it up your wardrobe a bit. If you want more fashion ideas, check some of my older posts:
